Employment and Welfare Program For People with Disabilities

The goal will be achieved through various interventions - As for employment, the program will train people with disabilities through two-day intensive training courses to help participants develop social and employment skills.
In addition to the training, Anika's employment coaches will conduct individual and group counsultations for program participants to help participants increase their motivation and self-esteem. Employment coaches help participants with their professional orientation and job search. The project envisages long-term employment of 24 persons with disabilities during the year.
To help maximize participants' potential for independent living, the program will focus on five key areas: social life, emotional well-being, physical health, self-care, and employment. The project provides support for 36 people with disabilities.
