To fulfill the mission we provide services based to individual needs, help to develop necessary sills for independent living, help to prepare them for labor market and employment.

We believe that our goals can be achieved by protecting the interests of persons with disabilities and their families, by actively engaging them in a public life, by raising awareness and by coordinated cooperation among sectors.
